To car owners: the descent from the outer or inner part of the Third Circle following the direction sign "1st Magistral'naya" but not getting to the 1st Magistral'naya, turn to the left (the first turn at the descent on the overpass), go 50 meters and then turn again to the left, go 100 meters and turn to the right towards the direction sign "2nd Magistral'naya", 300 meters away on the right there are a 3-storeyed building with a big signboard "ZOOVET" and parking.
